Liz has walked the threshold between worlds for as long as she can remember. Growing up in a family where the unseen was spoken about openly, she developed an early sensitivity to energy, emotion, and the quiet intelligence of the body.

After years of informal practice, she trained formally in Reiki (levels I, II, and Master Teacher), completed an apprenticeship in ceremonial ritual work, and deepened her study of tarot, human design, and astrology. Her approach is grounded in the belief that healing is not something done to you — it is something you already carry, waiting to be witnessed.

Liz works primarily with people navigating grief, identity shifts, and the quieter crises that don't make headlines but still ask everything of us. She brings warmth, precision, and a refusal to make the sacred feel clinical.

When she's not in session, you'll find her in her garden, annotating library books, or writing letters nobody asked for.
